Abseiling - Anglesey North Wales
WHAT DOES ABSEILING IN HOLYHEAD’S BREAKWATER COUNTRY PARK INVOLVE?
Abseiling means to rope down, also known as rappel after its French name, it is a controlled descent off a vertical drop, such as a rock face, using a rope.
Here on Anglesey, North Wales, we have many locations where you can abseil however in Holyhead where Anglesey Pursuits is based we have the BIG AB which is 120 foot of vertical rock face set in the beautiful breakwater country park. Do you have the bottle to lean back, commit yourself under control and descend to the bottom?
